DIVIYA TILANI— THE ARTIST
A passionate artist and costume designer with a flair for blending fine art and fashion into visually captivating creations for the screen. With a background in painting and historical costume construction, she brings stories to life through detailed sketches, hand-sewn garments, & customization.
A graduate of the prestigious St. Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design, she has mastered her skills across mediums — oil, acrylic, watercolor, and gouache — and crafted costumes rooted in both historical accuracy and modern aesthetics. Her hands-on experience includes working as a costume designer assistant on the hit TV series Nevsky (Season 7, Episodes 5–6) with Trilks Media Production.
Driven by curiosity and creativity, she continues to innovate, learn, and leave her artistic mark in the world of fashion, and beyond.
RAVI TILANI— THE MUSICIAN
His journey began with music, a passion that shaped his creative outlook. After earning his second musical certificate at the prestigious Tchaikovsky Musical College in Almaty, Kazakhstan, he continued to pursue excellence by studying International Business Administration at the University of Wollongong in Dubai.
A dedicated guitarist with over 14 years of expertise in music theory and performance, Ravi embodies the spirit of artistry and discipline. His deep connection to music culture naturally evolved into an exploration of modern fashion and art design, where he blends creativity with entrepreneurial vision.
As co-founder of Design Dome, Ravi brings a unique perspective that fuses tradition, innovation, and global influences — shaping a brand that resonates with elegance, individuality, and cultural depth.
RAUSHAN TILANI — THE DESIGNER
Raushan is a skilled tailor and clothing designer with a distinctive talent for turban styling. Gifted with a sharp mind and a visionary outlook, she transforms fabrics into statements of identity and elegance.
Fluent in multiple languages and armed with strong communication skills, she connects with people across cultures with ease.
Her diverse background, including experience in the banking sector, reflects her adaptability and discipline. A proud mother of two, Raushan represents the modern independent woman — resilient, creative, and future-focused, always shaping feminism with style and purpose.
LALIT TILANI - THE VISIONARY
A Global Visionary in Fashion, Textiles, and Supply Chain with over three decades of global experience spanning in supply chain management, business development, and finance—especially in fashion, textiles, and clothing.
Since moving to the UAE in 2014, he has built a strong presence navigating cross-cultural trade. As a Global Sourcing Specialist, he headed firm the title of Honorary Ambassador and Adviser for the Commodity Trading Club of Geneva.
Passionate about fashion, art and coffee, Lalit connects global brands to markets through his vast network, with a vision rooted in quality, innovation, and impactful partnerships.
