Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery receipt for unworn, makeup free, stain free, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact. If tags are removed from the garment, item will not be returned or exchanged. If there is makeup or any other stain upon examination, a refund or exchange will not be approved.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Please retain your original invoice or receipt, as it is required for all returns, exchanges, warranty claims, and after-sales service. Requests without valid proof of purchase may not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at +971 55 696 80 07 with your order number and request.

Returns & Exchanges in UAE will have pickup / delivery fee deducted from the refund amount as per actuals. 

Returns & exchanges for KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar & Kuwait will have pickup / delivery fee deducted from the refund amount as per actuals. 

Please note:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days once we have received and approved the return.

We reserve the right to deny a refund, an exchange, if returned items are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
