GCC Orders

Delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Shipping is free across GCC for orders above AED 1200.
Shipping rates will apply at checkout for orders below AED 1200.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

**Please note orders placed after 10am GST on Saturday’s will be processed & fulfilled the following Monday morning.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery receipt for unworn, makeup free, stain free, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact. If tags are removed from the garment, item will not be returned or exchanged. If there is makeup or any other stain upon examination, a refund or exchange will not be approved.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Please retain your original invoice or receipt, as it is required for all returns, exchanges, warranty claims, and after-sales service. Requests without valid proof of purchase may not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges in UAE will have pickup / delivery fee deducted from the refund amount as per actuals. 

Returns & exchanges for KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar & Kuwait will have pickup / delivery fee deducted from the refund amount as per actuals.

– Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once we have received and approved the return.
– We reserve the right to deny a refund, an exchange, if returned items are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
